Orienteering

Orienteering is a great leveller. The slow runner who is good at map reading can beat the sprinter who keeps getting lost. Depending on the aim of the session participants can either operate as individuals or in small teams.

This activity can be run at a number of permanent orienteering sites around the country. Orienteering outdoors can take place in almost any weather conditions.
